Both workouts are adapted to your level, so doing any of them would be ok. However, what you can do is to set different training days for personal and tribe workouts.
Let me explain with an example. Personally, I have set different training days for my tribe and my personal workouts this way:
- I only do 1 tribe workout per week, on Saturdays. I invited 2 of my friends to my tribe so we are committed to at least doing 1 workout together (sometimes even in the same room) per week.

Besides I additionally set up 2 personal training days, on Monday (short session) and on Wednesday (long session).
In order to change your training schedule settings, you just need to open the Settings page (gear icon on top-right corner in the main screen), then scroll down to Training Days (for personal ones) or Tribe (for tribe ones).
